"The project involved a substantial amount of work, including correcting a water intrusion issue where soil was in contact with the exterior stucco, installing a weep screed, repairing and replacing stucco, matching paint, repairing a leaking window sill, removing mold-affected drywall, inspecting wall cavities for mold, treating affected areas, and restoring the interior walls and paint.
